Our Investment Process
First Call - The first step in our process is a brief 30 minute call where we will learn more about you and your business.
Offer - After the first call we will make a decision quickly. Within 48 hours we will extend an offer to buy your business. This may take the form of a preliminary negotiation and may take a couple days to sign.
Due Diligence - After signing the offer, during the exclusivity period, we will perform due diligence. This will take place over a period of 60 - 90 days.
Transition - Depending on the terms of the deal we will complete the hand off of the business and begin working on growing the business.
